Simply do as many pushups as you can today.
If you have finished the 100 pushups training you would be in perfect shape to complete this challenge!
Do clean pushups and don’t hold your breath! Just start with the first few pushups and work your way trough to the next set.
Get in to the rithem and just keep on going!
